ANT-25

The Tupolev ANT-25 was a Soviet long-range experimental aircraft which was also tried as a bomber. First constructed in 1933, it was used by the Soviet Union for a number of record-breaking flights.

On July 6, 2012 the Russian post issues a stamp devoted to the 75 anniversary of record transpolar flight on route Moscow – the North Pole – Saint-Dzhasinto (USA).
On stamp is represented the plane ANT-25-1 against the flight route map.






On June 8, 2012 the Russian post issues a stamp dated for the 75 anniversary of the first transpolar non-stop flight on a route Moscow – the North Pole – Vancouver.
On stamp is presented the ANT-25 plane against the map with flight route.
